which Extensions to use??
I have OS 9.1...PT5.1TDM
G4533DP 384MB Ram I switched extensions to OS9.1 Base and added in all of the various digi extensions. I also added in the extensions for my Kennsington track ball DVD ram firewire drive and all of my adaptec extensions so that Jam 2.6.2 would work. The problem is Jam. The program opens and burns a CD but when the eject prompt when the burn is done comes up...it locks up the computer. When I put every single extension back on, both ProTools and Jam seem to work perfectly. Does anybody know which extensions are particularly offensive to ProTools? Thanks, |

Re: which Extensions to use??
I also have a g4 533(single processor), os 9.1
with 384 MB ram. My DVD ram dive is SCSI. I had to remove the DVD ram tune-up extension.Pro Tools would lock up when I tried to import audio into a session. Hope this helps. |
