8.0.4 Strange Crackling and Static.

I have a section I am working on with an instrument track and an audio track.

The instrument track is being used by Kontakt 4 the latest version.

The audio track is a mono guitar track.

When I play the section from the editor window I get static at a certain point on a midi part.

When I bounce the section to disc the static does not show up in the bounced audio.

The static started after I added a part to the instrument track via the MIDI Editor Window.

If I delete the section added the static goes away but when I add the part back the static comes back.

Sound familiar?

Any ideas?
