Default Newbie Question: Automate Plugin Presets

Is there any way to automate changes from one plugin preset to another? I am using Izotope Ozone to master an album in Protools LE, and I have 12 mixdowns, one after the other, on the same channel. What I want to do is set up 12 individual presets in Ozone, and then automate the song so when I play each track the right preset kicks in (compare for example the ability to automate the "Program List" of a plugin in Cubase / Nuendo). The idea is to be able to switch easily between tracks to make sure they sound good next to eachother, and tweak when necessary.

Otherwise the alternative is to set up automation on all the individual parameters I wish to use, but then each track might have its own individual needs, and it will be a bit of a nightmare. Any ideas?
