What exactly is Pro Tools First, I can't find any information.

I already own Pro Tools Suite 11.
However, under My Products is listed Pro Tools First, but I can't find any information about what that product is, so I have a few questions?

1) What exactly is Pro Tools First?
2) If I already have Pro Tools Suite 11 installed, is there any additional advantage to installing Pro Tools First also?

Any help answering these two questions would be greatly appreciated.

Pro Tools First is dead, done, old news. You don’t need it or even need to concern yourself with it. You must have signed up for it at some point when it was available.

Also, not exactly sure what you mean my Pro Tools Suite 11. Do you mean just Pro Tools 11?

Pro Tools First was the name of free version of Pro Tools. Now it is called Pro Tools Intro.
Pro Tools First was discontinued towards the end of 2021. Pro Tools Intro is the replacement. Avid has launched a new, completely free DAW for anyone wanting to try out Pro Tools.
