Default Delta 66 w/o breakout. Drivers for OS9 &XP 64?

I think my 001 is on the brink. Picked up a cheap quad core with PCI but PCIe is taken with ATI card. Is there a decent 001 substitute (main vol, headphones) with both new and old drivers Mac OS 9.2 and XP Pro, Perhaps W-7 support in the future. As I have old stuff on Apple to go through. Literally stacks of HDs.

The MOBO is Asus P5QSE

I found a link for a cheap breakout cable and then lost it. Or is that the extension. This card was in the puter when I bought it at a yard sale. Or do you need the breakout box? Are they decent 96k converters?

Any advice is appreciated (I noticed Reaper works well with M-Audio gear).
