Default M-Audio site: Fasttracks gone, drivers?

Hi,

I just wanted to look for new drivers for my FastTrack Ultra 8R and can't find it anymore at the M-Audio site. The AVID icon is gone, too.

What's going on?

OK, I've found it:

It’s likely to confuse some customers, but some of M-Audio’s best-known products will remain with Avid: [formerly] M-Audio Fast Track, along with Avid Mbox, as essential entry-level audio interfaces for Pro Tools, will still be Avid products.
But if you go to the AVID site and select Products->Audio interfaces you'll get a 404

EDIT: FOUND IT!!! http://www.avid.com/US/products/family/Fast-Track

Oh my god, is avid.com the worst website ever? The whole company seems to be...strange.

That's because Avid sold M-Audio to AKAI a few months ago

Actually, avid handed over some of their M-Audio products to InMusic, who also owns AKAI. Exceptions are listed here:

http://m-audio.com/index.php?do=media.new&ID=2072

avid is holding on to the M-Audio USB audio interface line in order to ensure that they die, thus wiping out that side of the competition.
