Default segment loader error

Whenever I use a function that needs "Saving soundfile for undo" I freeze up. After a force quit I get SDII segment loader error. I've tried zapping PRAM, rebuilding the desktop, reloading SDII (after deauthorizing of course), download new DAE/DSI (3.3&3.4), clean install of system software, and reseating my RAM. Nothing has worked. I run 2 different MacOS's on 2 drives (8.0&8.5). Also I use SDII 2.83. Tech supp was not much help, most of what they offered I already knew. So DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS? I'm probably going to load 7.6 on a 3rd drive and use SDII 2.82. Hopefully this will work. I will keep checking to see if anyone has a solution for this problem.
