PT HD 11 & 12 on same build?
I'm thinking of installing Pro Tools HD 11.3.2 and 12.4 on the same build - Yosemite 10.10.4. Any caveats with this? Which HD driver do I use? 11.3.2 or 12.4?
Thanks in advance! Falcon |

Re: PT HD 11 & 12 on same build?
This is not a supported configuration. When you launch either version, it will overwrite the plug-ins that were installed by the previously launched version. Related to your question, the drivers are different.
Why do you want to do this? That may lead us down the path where you only need a single version. If you really do need to do this, the best way is to have two bootable volumes, each with its own PT HD install.
