Default Pro Tools Doesn't Recognize M-Audio Hardware

I know I'm using an older version of everything, but im really hoping someone can help. Here are my system specs

IBook G4
OS X 10.4.11
1.2 GHz PowerPC
Memory: 1.25 GB DDR SDRAM

I'm trying to use Pro Tools 7 M-Powered and I have a Fast Track USB interface. I've tried installing the drivers from the Pro Tools disc for my interface, installing the drivers from the website, and i don't know what else to do. It just won't recognize my interface box.

Thanks in advance for the help.
