Moving midi between sessions
I have a session with midi data. So I might have one track of cymbals, one of hats, another of kick and snare, etc.
I want to get these midi tracks into another session, how can I do that? |

Re: Moving midi between sessions
You don't say which version of PT you have but in PT 10 it's simple: select the tracks you want to export and export via the Export drop down menu command and follow what's in the window that comes up. There are other ways of doing so - read pages 354 and 355 of the PT10 User's Guide (aka manual). As always it pays to RTFM. Just remember where you put thing as it's easy to lose track of that.

Re: Moving midi between sessions
You can also use Import Session Data in the new session.
