Protools 2023.9 with Autotune Problem

After updating all my plugins to their latest version, I was experimenting with with Protools 2023.9 in Silicon mode a bit and everything run pretty smooth except with autotune my system crashes everytime - anyone else having this problem?

macOS Monterey Version 12.6.9, Protools 2023.9
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021)
Apple M1 Max
Memory 64GB

Try it in Rosetta mode?

everything works fine in Rosetta Mode - nobody using silicon mode?

I use many instances of Autotune Artist 9.2,
It is the same as AT pro except of the graphic mode.
It works fine.
I think I also tried AT pro (10.2.) with no problems
I don't use the grafic mode, so I can not say something about his.
