They released a new download earlier today, which fixes the IR install bug.

Do you have to be on the beta team? Or is this a public beta?

I believe you have to be on the beta list.

Yep, installer fixed. Layout has changed a bit but I opened a session with 7 and everything opened properly. So far so good...

That's good to know. I appreciate you passing on that info. I wonder what the performance will be like on these Apple Silicon machines and if it'll be a paid update.

I would 100% bet on this being a paid update. If they changed the version number, definitely paid. (not to mention, even ignoring the Apple Silicon issue time-period, it has been a long, long time since Altiverb had a version number change)

BScout, I was talking about Nebula 5 not Altiverb. :)

@ilikemyrealname
I use N4.5 (M1 native AU) in ProTools with BC Patchwork and it works fine so far.

My bad -- totally glossed over that. Altiverb on the brain.

It looks like the BX_CrispyTuner has finally made it to the list. It's not showing in the changelog but the new version is now 1.1.0 and it was version 1.0.3. I never thought this one would make the list.

The PA installation manager is absolutely rubbish. You don't see any version numbers and you can't tell whether there are new updates that you haven't installed yet. And the compatibility informations are often wrong. F.e many Plug Ins are still marked as excl. AAX even though they are now AAX compatible. That such a big, successful company can't do that right.
