frame dropouts/frame jump when synced with 02rv2

Hi,
I was almost finishing the mixing of a song and I started getting these annoying FRAME JUMP/FRAME DROPOUT errors.

A Midi out cable goes from an MTP AV USB port to the MTC in/Midi in of an 02RV2.

I have realized from all these years that the 02Rs are pretty slow but the time code was feeeding the digital board with no stops.

I am using 30FPS on both PT 5.1.3 (OS 9.2 - Mix Plus with 2 DSP Farms on a G4 800 QS 867RAM) and at the 02R automation preferences.

There is always a little timecode difference between the two devices but it is ok.

Any tips?BTW.. I have a friend with HD1 at 6.4.1 and he has similar problems.
