Time Comp/Exp ?
Hi ,
I am wanting to use the time compression/expansion plug in to speed up & slow down my audio files. I am wanting to speed up my take say 20% etc, so does any one know the mathematical formula for putting my percentage into the ratio column? Hope that makes sense. Thanks James |

Re: Time Comp/Exp ?
If you make your audio tracks TICK based and enable Polyphonic Elastic Audio, you can simply change the BPM and the audio will stretch or compress(according to the tempo value). A 20% change might have some artifacts, but you can easily turn off the EA and REVERT right back to where you started. If EA gives too many artifacts, then I would get Serato Pitch n Time.
