Pro Tools LE 7.1.1 & Mbox 2 on intel base Mac Book

Help!!
I've recently try to update my Mbox 2 firmware and while updating, it stalled and I had to force quit the updater, subsequently my Mac Book froze as well. I had no choice but to force restart my Mac Book. Bad news is, my MBox 2 firmware is no longer there, and Mac Book can't connect with the Mbox (no LED lights). I was also using a PC laptop with the MBox before and now both the lap tops can't recognized or see the Mbox 2.

Without connection to the Mbox, I can't re-update the Mbox firmware and looks like I may need to send the hardware in for repair.... Anyone out there knows what to do?
