iLok Problem Pro Tools 2023 Please Help

Hello,
I have purchased a support plan for my perpetual Pro Tools license, however I have my physical iLok in my studio in my home country and I am on a business trip for few months with my mobile rig.
How is it possible to deactivate the license from the physical iLok to my iLok cloud?

Also, for the inner circle rewards, when I purchase a support plan, I don't have those rewards activated
Help plz

If anyone is at your home, you could call them, and have them boot up your home computer, then connect and control remotely via Apple Messages app (or equivalent, Zoom, etc), launch iLok Manager and move the asset from iLok to Cloud.
You could even buy a new iLok wherever you are, and activate that instead - once the asset is back in your iLok account. You would then be free from needing a stable internet connection.

I think your Inner Circle assets can be activated directly from your Avid account.

I have nobody at home. I am single all by myself
I have a physical ilok also for my mobile rig, but what matters is deactivating the license on my home ilok ... usually with other plugins, I used to send emails and they initiated the reset, is it the same with avid and who i should contact?

I have already an inner circle but for another version and perpetual license of Pro Tools, am I not entitled to another inner circle rewards when I renew the support for another license of Pro Tools but same account of avid ?

I think that's a question for a helpful Avid crew member such as Marianna. Maybe they can provide you with a temporary license once they verify your credentials.
I don't know if iLok themselves have authority to perform such an action. You could write/call to both Avid & iLok.

For the mean time I deposited a 90-day temporary license that you may activate on iLok key or iLok cloud. As for the Inner Circle reward can you specify what exact plugin are you having problem with?
