PT7 & monitoring through RTAS
I am considering moving from a recently purchased Mix system to a HD/1 system in order to run the upcoming PT7 HD. I wonder if the current plugins that run as HTDM--for example Native Instruments' Guitar Rig--will they now only run as RTAS under PT7 HD? I ask because I keep reading the end of HTDM is here on forum posts. If this is the case can you still only monitor through TDM plugins but not RTAS? I would like to know before October 7th so that I could go about preparing to purchase an HD system and get the free update to PT7.
