I had the same issue with Analog Lab. It got to about 20% downloaded and stayed there. I had to stop that action and move on to installing the other plugins. Once they were done I went back to A.L. and it downloaded and installed successfully. Maybe this had something to do with my issue but that seems like a stretch.
