Corrupted Audio

I have been working on a 18 song album /project and have had the audio on my UWSCSI Drives for two months.

Well I found one track that just goes to NOISE half way thru. The Waveform Veiw showed the acoustic guitar track BUT pure noise lay on the HD. Upon updating the waveform veiw the last half of the track turned to 100% noise :-(

-Should I be Defragmenting my drives ?
-Did PT come with any disk tools for this?
-Should I have Disk Warrior or Norton?
