Meter runs out

I have started experiencing a very strange problem with the Meter Map. For some reason, certain measures that show 4/4 on the Meter icon are only lasting for 1/4 (one beat). This is not true for all 4/4 measures, just some. Is there a way to clear out the Meter Map and start fresh?

PT Free works great on my G4 otherwise. Has anyone else experienced meter weirdness?
