crossgrade PT 10 download problem

Hi,

My company has been buying the crossgrade for protools 10, i am using PT 8 and i have difficulties to download the crossgrade; i wrote the activation code, the download began in firefox, then there's an error message and i just have a part og the dmg file. I tried to download again and the same problem appear after more than one hour of downloading ...then i tried again today and i have this message when i tried to download again :
" We are sorry, this code was already used to activate the software and can be used only once. If you have already used this code previously to activate your product, verify your downloads and codes on your account. If it is a question the first time that you used this code and that it is indicated that he(it) is already used, please contact the customer service. "
I contacted the customer service, they asked me to try later, and the day after, i had the same message...
If someone knows how i can get my crossgrade file, i'll be really pleased...

As far as I know downloads are here: http://secure.digidesign.com/service...rticleId=43732
and activation is another thing. "Crossgrade" is only a word, especially PT8 had serial number autorization, but maybe I am missing something.
