Default OT Need help finding an adapter!

Does anyone know where would be the best place to look for an Adapter to convert a snake from ELCO multi-pin connector, ala early ADAT's to XLR connections?

Thanks for any help!

Guitar Center, Sam Ash, and others in the States. Similar MI dealers overseas should turn up the same.
