Default Region from one track to another

I imported a track from my audio CD to Pro Tools. When I dragged the region in Track 1 to Track 2, I'm expecting both regions to be the same but it's not. Does anyone know why? Does anyone know how I can make both the same?

PS: When I drag to track 2, I'm doing it in Grid mode so my regions line up with each measure in a grid.
