Reviewing your account shows that the new "Pro Tools HD Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12+I/O)" was deposited on Sept 27. Please activate this bundle to your iLok. If you have trouble with this please reply to your support case with specific details.

I also am having this issue. No 12.6 license available in my iLok account.

Same for me and what bugs me is that I get a notice from Avid Customer Care re my open case (now closed and then reopened by me today) #03049604, and when I try and reply to the email about the case, the email bounces back. Hard to get feedback to Avid about a case when the email address isn't valid.

I did get the 30 day temp license installed but don't understand the delay. I got the license for my native system right away but the HD license is MIA?

I also do not have a 12.6 license, despite an active HD annual support plan so no Pro Tools at all right now......and yes Im running the latest ilok software - Tried to drop the bundle I do have onto the current ilok but it says its already on there - Well done Avid - Stellar!......Gobsmacked...

So...it's about 2 weeks now since 12.6 released and ilok fiasco..
Did you guys start to receive your "right" licenses?
How long this would take?
Our temporary subscription license is for another 2 weeks

Still haven't got mine yet either. A case was opened for which the email said if they don't hear from me in 5 days they'll get back in touch. It's been over 5 days and they haven't got back with me.

Not that big a deal; I downloaded the Mixbus 32C demo Monday, by Wednesday I had an email from Harrison offering me the standard Mixbus for $39 which I bought. Been mixing with it all day, not bad after learning their automation and shortcuts.

PS: Is my upgrade plan gonna be extended the extra time it takes to get my asset. If not, it should be.

Not got mine either and there is only 15 days left on the temp key I was given, I have contacted 4 support reps, they each say they have forwarded onto the IT investigation lol...
What a mess of a system...

I see you activated the temp license that was deposited when you started your support case. Hopefully that has you up and running until your perpetual license is deposited.
