Webstore Support Form

Hi there,

i have a question regarding the webstore support.
I filled out the web form, including the order number, but the form continues to ask me to "select a product".
There is no option to select any product so what to i do?
Besides entering the order number? (Order Nrs a re also different ones, there is one which i got with the actual order, then there is another one on the invoice.
