Pro Tools 8 and Absynth 4

I'm trying to get Absynth 4 working with my rig. I'm setup as follows:
MBox 2 w/ PTools 8, M-Audio Oxygen 49, Absynth 4.
I can get my other plugins working fine but can not get Absynth up and running. I'm sure it's just 'The loose nut behind the keyboard'. But I can't find the Oxygen 49 to show up as an input device in Absynth.
Any Suggestions?

You shouldn't need to. The 49 should be the input device in Pro Tools.

It is listed in protools but, I can't get absynth to show up in PTools or get the comtroller to show uo in absynth

When you installed Absynth, did you make sure to select the RTAS version?

Are you opening the Absynth standalone? While Pro Tools is open? You won't see the 49 because Pro Tools is using it. Try closing both programs, then opening absynth by itself and see if anything changes.

Thanks SPKGUITAR, I just needed to launce Absynth first.

Everything worked for a couple of days until I caught a nasty virus. After wiping the machine and reinstalling everything. Absynth and protools won't play nice together. Launching Absynth first; then Pro Tools I get an error (-1133) Digidesign hardware is in use by another application.
