Comments box in mix window SNAFU

Entering text into the comments box in the mix window is all mental since cs2!

Works just fine here Chris.
Did you trash preferences etc. and Repair Disk Permissions after installing?

Hmm.. yeah - wow, thats strange - Not happening here.

Could it be "Different settings" on a Dual Display setup? I'm sure you've troubleshot the "Normal Stuff" - Hmmm weird one.

Yup, I'm getting the same thing here (sorry for starting a new redundant thread elsewhere...) Just repaired permissions and trashed prefs, and the strangest thing happened. The first time I typed something in a comment box, it worked fine. After that, it's whacky again. So weird! Incidentally, this is happening for me in the edit window as well as in the mix. Same thing too - first time I enter text in a comment box in the mix window, it's fine. Second and all subsequent times, it's screwed up.

BTW, i'm have dual displays here, don't know if that makes a difference.

I did a location gig last night with my Magma/HD1/MacBook Pro system, and the comments boxes worked fine on that setup running 8.0cs2. So it's something with the MacPro / dual display I guess. Strange.

It might even be more "Narrow" then that. I'm on a MacPro 8 Core Harpertown, Dual Display, with no problems.

you guys should list your Spec's, especially Vid Cards, and Displays.

Thats the exact computer i have and with dual displays.

Same here, 8-core harpertown (2.8ghz), dual displays, ATI Radeon HD 2600xt graphics card, 10gb ram. I just bought this machine a month ago.
