Pro tools doesn't quit when I quit.

Hey everyone or anyone.
I am using pro tools le 6.9 and am havin some issues. The main one is when i select Quit Pro Tools, it disapears but doesn't completely go away. I just get the little rainbow ball. It just seems to freeze. I end up haveing to Force Quit all the time and i am sure that isn't healthy. Has anyone got any thoughts.

It's trying to tell you you're not done working yet, tweak that mix a little longer!

Your first stop should be the "General Setup & Troubleshooting" thread near the top of the forum - follow the steps therein. It's also helpful to post your system information; CPU, RAM, Hard Drive, PT Interfiace, OS Version & PT Version for maximum effect. Welcome aboard.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check that out. I am using a G5 iMac, 160 gig hard drive (down to about 80 now), 1.5 gig of ram, OSX 10.4.2 and Pro Tools 6.9.2.
