Loom, Hybrid2 and Velvet missing

When I upgraded to 2021.12, I lost Loom, Hybrid2 and Velvet plugins. When I checked my ilok account, it says that they are active but when I try to use them in a session, all I get is an empty shell, none of the files are inside the plugin. I really liked Loom and Hybrid, do I have buy them now?

I have tried to contact AIR support for years already and never got a response. I am writing them off as unusable.

I was afraid of that. I was mainly interested in recovering Loom, but I guess it's been discontinued, cant find a back up for it and now there's Loom II which looks like its for sale. Avid gets enough of my money, I'll go without.

AIR plugins running on M1 and a recent Pro Tools version.

I wouldn't want to be with many of them. Yes, the interface is old and clunky and the support is somewhat similar That said, they have brought pretty much most of the the plugins to M1 and they are working well.

If you have the original iLok authorisations you might possibly need an upgrade? Looking in my iLok I have the "Crossgrade" versions and later ones. For Loom it is a different authorisation for sure "Loom v2" which is a purchase or upgrade.

To be honest they have been so cheap I have multiple authorisations. A good few were give aways, some £1 and such when purchased with other plugins. Wait for the deals and you'll get them cheap from AudioDeluxe or PluginBoutique etc.
