my situation's a little complicated- i was also given separate NFR licenses for Ozone 7 + RX 5, so it's sort of a grey area that's not specifically covered by their policy.

i wrote to them to ask, and hopefully they'll say that the transfer is good, but i don't want to misrepresent anything until i know for sure.

edit: just got a reply. confirmed that they are fully transferable + upgrade-able
