Upgrading to OS X question?
If I have 7.0LE and am currently running OS X 10.4. If I install and upgrade to OS X 10.5.6 is there a way to still run 7.0 on the older version of 10.4?
There use d to be a way to run older programs in Classic. Still the case? Thanks- R |

Re: Upgrading to OS X question?
Buy a new internal SATA HD and install Leopard there. You can boot into either system. You can do this using partitions or FW drives, but IMO a new drive is the way to go.
640 GB WD drives at OWC for approx $80 Do some searching on this forum about upgrading to Leopard. There are several things to take into consideration. I went through this process 2 months ago and I did so with a new drive for Leopard. I only needed Tiger once or twice after that, so that drive got wiped and now is home to Vista ultimate. Ooops can't believe I just said that.....
