Default Midi Latency after using "Pro Tools and Databse Helper"

I downloaded and trashed everything in "Pro Tools and Databse Helper" application to see what happens. The only thing I cant seem to resolve is now I have the largest audible midi latency. I have set my H/W Buffer size back to 128 (it wont go to 64). I can see the Axiom Pro and the TD 12 triggering the drum samples, but the delay is well over 1 second.

This is the first time I have ever encountered this. Yes I have addressed all of the general information for troubleshooting for awhile and cannot figure this one out.

Can the developer chime in or maybe someone who has experienced this themselves.
thanks

holy crap! it was UAD multiband compressor looking ahead. Once I bypassed it the delay disappeared.
I hate it when I shoot myself in the foot.
