Has anyone received their email notification yet?
I purchased and registered my Pro Tools 9 on Oct. 17th, 2011. I'm patiently waiting for my email from Avid to notify me of my complimentary Pro Tools 10 upgrade.
I'm aware that Avid is having email server issues at the moment. Has anyone received theirs yet?

I just got an email with HD10 no cost upgrade. I've updated 4 days ago from HD8 to HD9.....

Got my email a little over an hour ago - purchased the HD8 to HD9 upgrade on October 7. Completely dumb luck but hey I've missed out on these by days or weeks 2 or 3 times in the past. Looking forward to HD 10 taking advantage of the 32GB RAM in my new Mac Pro...
