Midi time compression / expansion : is it possible ?
In Pro Tools 5.3 or 6.1 ? I mean, while keeping the same meter / tempo on the song, make the whole midi track performance proportionally be longer or shorter (in other words proportionally changing the notes durations and start points). In Digital Performer it's called Scale Time. Thanks

Not possible in Pro Tools. But no wonder, PT never was and probably will never be a fully featured MIDI-editor. In Logic, you'll just hold the option-key and drag the right corner of the MIDI-sequence and it does that compression/expansion thing.
