Default Control24 Phantom Power Supply Pins

Does anyone know which connectors on the power supply feed the Phantom power?

I've lost power to my Phantom and DI's.

Thanks!

Nic

Did you check the phantom MASTER switch that is hidden on the back of the C24?(and note that it will only work on the MIC inputs, not the line inputs)

I don't know if you solved your phantom problem, but his happened to me just yesterday: there's a little 2-pin connector "thingy" (I'm not a tech) that goes from the PSU to the phantom buttons that managed to disconnect itself when I did the "reseat ritual". When I pulled out the PSU the connector fell inside the Control 24 and I just didn't see it. Maybe that's what happened to yours.

Another time I lost phantom power when the molex connector for one of the banks had an arc and over time one of the wires deteriorated enough that I needed to resolder it. This is easy to access, but you have to take off the bottom skin.
