avid loopmaster sample pack not installing

Hello, I have searched the DUC and the internet in general and haven't found the solution.
my Avid Link account has Avid loop masters sample pack. When I try to install it works for a bit then just goes back to install. How do I actually get it to install and get recognized?

I am running Pro Tools Studio 2022.12 on a MacBook Pro 16" 2021/ OS 12.6.3 Monterey/ Apple M1 core/ 32 gb
