Soft Samplecell & ILok

I have followed the posts from digi on how to update the authorization of Soft Samplecell into my ILok but it isn't working. Anyone have the same problem? how'd you fix it? I want all software authorizations OFF MY HARD DRIVE!!!! It's about time. They disappear too easily.
