Dead 002r? 1394 light not comming on.

Hey guys. I have been running Pro Tools on a Windows PC, but recently change my setup. I'm now running a 15 inch Powerbook G4, 1.25Ghz, 1.25G of ram, Tiger 10.4.8 and Pro Tools 6.7. I've installed Pro Tools, but when I try to launch, I get the "Digidesign hardware is in use by another application" error. The 002 is on. I have the sample rate and mute lights. There are no other applications running, and apparently the machine doesn't even see the 002 because it's not listed in system preferences or audio/midi setup.

The firewire on the laptop is good. I tested it with an external hd and it mounted and I also verified the cable I'm using. Are my FW ports on my 002 fried? I've always been carefull to make sure that everything is off before I go plugging and unplugging things.

You're running an incompatible version of Pro Tools for the OS. You need to be running a minimum of 6.9.2 with OS 10.4 (Tiger).
