Default Few more questions......

-Will my SC48 accept a wireless keyboard and mouse?

-Will programs other than PT see the console as an I/O? And if yes, will I need to install any specific drivers or files on my PC laptop?

That's it for now, thanks!!

Chris

wireless mouse yes...keyboard...not sure. i use a wireless mouse with mine all the time. i had to put gaff over the mouse stand so the laser wouldnt freak out. do this if you use a cheaper one. my high end microsoft one didnt require it...but my $30 staples logitec one did.

ive heard rumors of other programs using the sc48 with no issue...but not sure. i use smaart with mine on my mac with no problem. make sure you have a compatible firewire card though...digi is picky!

You should be fine to use a wireless keyboard/mouse. I have gotten a touch screen to work (a little off topic) but I had to go into the Windows desktop and install the drivers for it to do so. I would use this only as a last resort, if the onboard computer does not automatically recognize the keyboard/mouse.
