Default New Installation Problemes

I just Install PT12 and I have no Template Folder also when I try to create a Template I get this MSG

Could not save as "Pro Tools Session 1" because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/200028/ProTools/NewFileLibs/Sys/Sys_FileLoc.cpp", line 199.
