Default Mbox signal not received in Protools

Hi there,

I'm very new to Protools and had a pretty big look around these forums prior to starting this thread. I apologise if this has already been covered but I'd really appreciate some help.

I've just installed Protools LE 8.0.4 on my new Imac.

Everything seems to have installed correctly however, when I arm a track to record no signal is showing up in tools.

I've updated the Mbox mini drivers and have the LE 8.0.5 update downloading as I type.

Protools recognises the Mbox and has the inputs listed etc.

I realise this version of tools isn't officially supported by the newer OS i'm running but have read of others successes in running LE 8 with it.

I've assigned the correct in/out with the track.

Does anyone have an idea of another setting I may have overlooked?

My specs are as follows:

Imac 2.7GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.1
8GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM
1TB Serial ATA Drive
1TB external Mercury Elite Pro Drive
Mbox Mini 3
Protools 8.0.4 LE

I don't think 8.x will work with Mountain Lion.

I had selected the wrong input...

I am a goose- it's working perfectly now.

How do I delete this thread?
