PT ultimate reinstatement question

Hi there,

I currently have a Pro tools ultimate perpetual licence bundle as shown on the screenshots.

I would like to obtain a reinstatement from a reseller because my update & Support Plan expired back in late 2020.

i'd like to be able to use the latest version (i'm still on 2020.11).

On my avid account, the update & Support Plan is shown as expired and the perpetual licence (see screenshot) is cancelled.

I just wanted to confirm that i'll be able to use the reinstatement product to upgrade to the latest version of pro tools?

Also, i'm assuming the "release limit" on my perpetual licence bundle will update to reflect the versions up to 2022.10, therefore i'll be able to use that version and below in perpetuity?
