Buffer Settings - HELP!!
Hi. I'm using Cubase SX with Athlon 2200+/512mb ram/40gb system/80gb audio (7200rpm)
It seems that whenever i try to work with cubase (i'm using buffer size of 128) i get clicks and pops after about 2 vsti's.. It never used to do that but now it keeps on doing it. especially working with quicktime movies.. Any suggestions? (higher buffer settings give me too much latency on vsti's.. so i'd like to keep it at 128. 128 is good with pro tools) Also rewire with cubase, the 1st beat of the song never plays. then it's fine afterwards. does anyone get this at all? when i start rewiring from 2nd bar, it's fine. i'd like to use it from 1st bar though. thanks |
