Default 7.4.2 start up > PACE Interlok Loop!

So I upgraded to 10.5.5 from 10.4.11. I downloaded PT LE 7.4.2 and installed, went to the Pace website, downloaded and installed the missing extensions and now, I keep getting sent back to the website during boot up of PT. Tried reinstalling the Pace extensions to no avail. PT will not get past this. I am running on a G5 PPC 2 Ghz, 002, 4Gig RAM Any idea's? Thanks.
