Unable to update the email address in my Avid account

I am unable to update my email and in a couple of days my old email address will be disconnected. That is a big non working feature if avid webpage / account manager

I’m having the same issue, avid won’t allow me to change my email, I get the “has fail” (sic) message.

I created my case file one week ago - the only progress report I get is “we’re working on it”.

Still dealing with updating my email address, I have updated my new email address on several accounts and AVID is the only account that requires me to create a new account.
I tried to do it but with not success (it shows incomplete information of my products, unable to enter my System ID number, etc, etc.
At this point I think it might be easier that I continue using my previous and terminated email account ad user account and I think the only problem
could be that I will not receive the future communication that AVID will send to me. Good Luck All !!
