Please Help Reverse Pro Tools termination of My Subscriptions?

It's prompting me to download Pro Tools Perpetual every time I try to simply use Pro Tools Ultimate. I've been using Pro Tools Ultimate 2021.3 for about 5 days, and now my iLok is telling me that my subscriptions were terminated. How can I reactivate subscriptions I paid for? Pro Tools Ultimate doesn't open on my PC at all now.

First of all, what did you pay for (a) Subscription or (b) Perpetual license with annual renewal and support plan)?



The reason for this question is that the difference between these two licensing options is confusing for some. Your post references both, so knowing exactly what you have purchased will be the first step to figuring this out.

Is your Ilok Manager updated?
Has the Protools Ultimate license been loaded, synced, and activated on your ilok?
