Hi all!
I have developed a little software that accomplish "Input Monitoring OFF" lack of functionality in Protools (Windows).
It's called AutoMute and it resembles a fake HUI to mute&unmute channels intelligently.
When active, AutoMute do the following:
1) When an audio track is armed for record and Protools is in STOP, the track is MUTED.
2) When an audio track is recording and we are in PreRoll, the track is UNMUTED and MUTED as soon as we reach punch-in.
3) When a track exits from rec-arm, it's UNMUTED.

The first version (beta of course) is available for download at:

Unzip it and run AutoMuteSetup.exe
Instructions for use are in README.txt
The program start in "unregistered" mode, a popup will come up every 90 seconds to remind for registration...
