Memory Too Low message. Grrrr....
Hey all,
So, I'm still running 5.2.1 on an 001. I have a 400mhz G4 with a 2 ghz processor upgrade. 1 ghz memory. I'm trying to do a mix and I keep getting "Memory too low. Quit now and allocate more memory to ProTools". The thing is, I'm not even using half of my system's resources. I've run mixes that were waaaay more intensive before and my old system (G4 with a 1.4 ghz processor upgrade) didn't even bat an eye. I've been messing with the memory allocation to ProTools, but it keeps giving me the same message. Any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated! I have a mix deadline coming up soon! Thanks! -jeffro, pulling his hair out |
