Plug in instruments not appearing in list

Hi, I have some plug ins from Artura (vintage synths) and have installed them correctly, they are included in the plug in list that appears briefly whilst Pro Tools in starting up BUT they are not there in the list of plug ins when i try to use one in the program. It's very frustrating because they are there but not showing up in Pro Tools - any ideas appreciated. Thanks Simon
