I've been posting on the Fxpansion forum site, emailing tech support at Fxpansion, etc. for a week. No replies. I have an ANCIENT version of the VST2RTAS Wrapper that I bought from Sweetwater last week. Version 1.0.3. I hear they're up to 1.6.1.
I've seen an Fxpansion guy (Angus) answer posts on this forum, how about answering this one? Pretty please????

Anyways, like a few other people i've already told....there is a forum dedicated to FXPANSION products where issues like this SHOULD go....

I just went thru the same thing with the wrapper and it takes a about a week to get the update. I know you said you have been waiting a week but it will be sent. I dont know why it takes so long for an update to be sent by means of email but it does. Not really into going thru a forum to get customer service but thats the price you pay but, its worth the wait. Just wish they would kick the pony in the ***** who is delivering the email.

be worried after 2 weeks.

Like the others said, it takes about a week for updates to get processed right now. We are in the process of setting up a new & much faster system where you'll have an account you can log in to at any time.

BTW, please don't rely on us to spot things here - if you need to contact anyone at FXpansion, the KvR board is the place to do so.
